About Syz Capital and its Business. An affiliate of Syz Group, Syz Capital AG is a Swiss-based supervised financial intermediary created in 2018, authorized and regulated as ‘manager of collective assets’ under the Swiss law on financial institutions. It does not hold any other prudential license. Syz Capital provides investment management and advisory services to collective investment schemes and other professional and institutional investors in the field of alternative investments. The risks inherent to alternative investments are of a nature and degree not typically encountered in securities of companies listed on stock markets.
